Return Policy

Every Bad Wolves Merch piece is made for you after you order it. So our policy comes down to one line: we can change or cancel an order until it goes into processing, and not after.

Before processing starts

Until your order goes into processing, you can cancel it or change it: the size, the colour, the item or the shipping address. To ask:

• email us at contact@bad-wolves.storegrid.site, or
• send us a message through the contact form.

Include your order number (it's in your order confirmation email) and tell us what you'd like changed. If your order hasn't gone into processing yet, we'll make the change, or cancel it and refund you in full to your original payment method.

Orders can go into processing soon after they're placed, so the sooner you write, the better.

After processing starts

Once your order is in processing, it's being made for you alone. From that point we can't cancel or change it, and we can't accept returns or exchanges or give refunds. That includes size and colour exchanges and change-of-mind returns.

Before you order, please check the size chart on the product page and your shipping address at checkout.

This policy doesn't affect any rights you have under the law where you live.
